Owners cannot disable tracking or cover up the secondary screen (or they have to pay for the TV, which Telly claims is worth $1,000),

Tactically, I'm curious about how they'd actually enforce this.

    I can't believe anyone would want one. TVs are fairly cheap now, it's just not worth getting a free spyware filled one. It probably uses the lowest quality LCD panel they can find.

    If you watch your local classifieds, you can find used TVs for practically nothing.

    They claim to have a somewhat well spec'd panel (at least superficially):

    Telly is a 55” 4K HDR smart TV with a built-in 6-driver soundbar and Smart Screen. The dimensions of Telly are 48” width x 41” height x 3.5” depth. Telly ships with 2 leg stands that are 44” apart. If you want to wall mount Telly, you can use a standard 400 x 400 vesa mount that supports approx 65 lbs.

    Of course no details on what they mean by HDR or even what technology is used by the panel. :)
