There is apparently an error in the recipe. It should be a teaspoon not a tablespoon of vanilla.

Man, I'd hate to be the stoneworker who typo'd a gravestone.
I dunno, I find that most things are better with 3x the amount of vanilla extract. I see that it would make it runny, so just use 3x the amount of vanilla bean paste.
