It's not a corporate owned shithole. There are several other reasons, but that alone should be sufficient.

Just as I expected. Dodi is the MVP

Have yet to try it myself. Very expensive in the UK, around £4 for a bar compared with £1.50 for a Dairy Milk. Obviously it's more ethical and probably tastier, but still. Probably better if I eat less chocolate anyway.

I had to read it 3 times to understand what it was saying

There should be no restrictions on video game streaming. To hell with the poor corporation and their "pre-release marketing".

Scumtendo at it again. It's morally wrong to give them money.

Wipeout, Trackmania, Rollcage.. none of those fit your description exactly but can't think of anything else right now

I've done some more testing since my initial comment, and my experience is pretty much exactly as that article describes. Better than I had it before.

Overall it's okay, but probably best experienced on a PC. Nice to have it nonetheless, and maybe it will get some updates to make it perform better!

Feels like most shooter games these days are super fast paced, COD style games with 0.5 second reload times and Olympic sprinter running speeds. What are some games that have weightier gameplay mechanics and don't make you feel like a superhuman?

I've hooked it up to my TV to play some games with a PS4 controller. But I've encountered some really annoying issues. Audio not outputting through my TV speakers unless I go into desktop mode, then reset the console. When I go into desktop mode, the controller no longer registers so I can't play. So I have to go back to gaming mode, where I can't get sound from TV speakers. I've tried adjusting settings on both my steam deck and TV to no avail. That is, display options on desktop mode, and steam input settings.

The performance is also horrendous, with a very unstable ~20fps. This is even at 720p resolution and lower. When I reset the console docked, I have to unplug it then plug it back in or the screen just stays black.

It's all incredibly frustrating. Is it just human error, or is SteamOS still really buggy when it comes to docking? I feel like it should just be plug and play, but I'm tired of having to set so many things up just to play on my TV. And then it being subpar visually compared with just using the deck's own display.

For me it was the kid next door screaming at her mum. Went soft as a wet noodle.

Game is Sprocket

So I have Tasker and I'm a total novice with it.

I'd like to create a simple task that shows the auto-rotate icon in my status bar when auto-rotate is on. Then when it's turned back off, make the icon disappear.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
