You have to wait until the truck with mail comes from the hub, so it doesn't matter how early you come into the post office. Sometimes the truck will arrive at 5:00 p.m., that means you have to sit there and spend an hour and a half to two hours case in your mail and parcels.

Then you've got to pull all that mail that you cased, into trays stack it up and then you have to stalk your truck and then do the same with the packages.

Then you leave to the route at about 6:30 to 7:00 and you've got about 3 hours left to deliver mail and packages. You've also got to deliver the mail under any weather condition.

Lastly most carriers don't have their own route. They run the routes of the carriers who take a day off so you're constantly doing different routes every day and you don't know them so it takes you even longer to do your job because you have to learn the route.

It's a stressful job.

One lady told me, "You're not broken in yet until you cry"

The sync app does this

I’ve noticed that working with other women in an office can be weirdly difficult sometimes. Like, why is there so much tension? I’ve had way smoother work relationships with male coworkers, and I’m just trying to understand what’s going on.

Some stuff I’ve noticed:

  • Jealousy – It’s like there’s always some silent competition over looks, attention, or even job performance.

  • Competition – Instead of building each other up, it feels like a “who’s better than who” vibe—who looks best today, who’s boss’s favorite, who’s getting ahead faster.

  • Age stuff – Older women sometimes act territorial, and younger women can be kinda cliquey. There’s not always a sense of mentorship or support—more like a power struggle.

  • Attractiveness – If someone is considered really attractive, it causes all kinds of awkward vibes—sometimes subtle shade, sometimes straight-up coldness.

  • Lack of support – I always thought women would have each other’s backs more, but it can feel like everyone’s just out for themselves.

  • Passive-aggressive behavior – Instead of just talking things out, people gossip, throw shade, or give the cold shoulder. Super draining.

I’ve worked with some great women too, don’t get me wrong. But overall, there seems to be this weird undercurrent of competition and tension that I don’t really see with guys at work. Is it insecurity? Society conditioning us to compete instead of collaborate? Just curious if anyone else has noticed this or experienced something similar.

Let’s talk about it.

Can either comment explaining or comment a picture as an example

So I've used dermocal, the one in the photo. And it's pretty dam full coverage. It claims to be the mist full coverage foundation on the market.

But i like options lol

Are there any super full coverage foundations that you use or could recommend ?

I love it, but needs long sleeves or a cardigan

I really love how the contact lenses accent the make up. Also really loving the jewelry

I really like both, but I'd pick the first one

Can you guess/name what type of make up styles these are? Which one do you like best ?

Ty! Hoping so to!

Are the women who wear blazers and trousers more successful? Or women who wear dresses and skirts?

Bonus question: Does embracing your femininity in an interview help or hinder your chances of getting hired ?

Wild Card: Do you feel more confident in getting hired when being interviewed by a man or woman and why?
