Trump says "No further negotiations if the DST goes through"

I am asking you specifically, what does a firm stance look like to you in that situation?

What are the consequences of that stance?

If it isn't done in Canada, we should be on that. Whatever we can do ourselves, we should be doing on our own.

I know you understood what I meant, especially considering the further elaboration you cited, so if you respond I expect you to do so in good faith.

I see no reason to soften my stance as it isn't isolationist to say anything we can do on our own we should be doing on our own considering the unstable geopolitical climate. That's true for every country, wouldn't you agree?

That was my bad. I hit the wrong button... haha

That sounds like a pain for growing conditions.

I use planters because I live in an apartment, but my mother in law uses those little kids pools full of soil to get around not having good soil to grow in. The pools seem to work really well, and she even customized how each soil can drain for different crops and flowers by cutting drain holes. I think she is also trying to grow rice in one of them that is more flooded. haha

I was curious and looked it up, English Lavender doesn't really like to grow in Florida either because of the heat and humidity. But Spanish, French, Goodwin Creek grey and Phenominal lavender all grow well there. Which is now a fact I know. haha

Citronella is a pretty good alternative! I used to use the candles specifically for mosquitoes. The only problem I had with it is it also keeps other things away I don't want to avoid like bees and such.

The best way I know to keep unwanted bugs like mosquitoes away without zappers and chemicals is planting lavender. They hate it and will avoid it, while also helping local Bee populations because bees love it. It also keeps wasps and hornets away, as they hate it too.

I think we need our own everything. If it isn't being done in Canada and we are relying on someone else for it, we should be on that whenever and as soon as possible. Especially considering how unstable the geopolitical situation is.

Whether left or right, they want you to believe their nonsense.

[–] Arkouda@lemmy.ca 1 points 6 hours ago

Unfortunately some won't let that fact get in the way of their bigotry.

Now do everyone in, and in support of, the Likud party.

Why are you continuing to cite an article that you yourself said is outdated, and are stating I am operating in bad faith by citing the conclusion of the article?

Yeah, that was in June, they hadn’t updated things yet and the 15% cuts hadn’t been announced either

Again, not saying you’re a bad faith actor, but

I am still holding hope that Pierre is on the way out, but I do agree that this 34% of Canadians represents a clear and present danger to Canada as a whole.

To elaborate a little:

Since many people are unable to tell the difference between a "real human" and an AI, they have been documented "going rogue" and acting outside of parameters, they can lie, they can compose stories and pictures based on the training received. I can't see AI as less than human at this point because of those points.

When I think about this, I think about that being the reason as to why we cannot create so called "AGI" because we have no proper example or understanding to create it and thus created what we knew. Us.

The "hallucinating" is interesting to me specifically because that seems what is different between the AI of the past, and modern models that acts like our own brains.

I think we really don't want to accept what we have already accomplished because we don't like looking into that mirror and seeing how simple our logical process' are mechanically speaking.

Μαθαίνω ελληνικά. - I am learning Greek.

I am at the point of being able to read Greek, introduce myself, ask and respond to "how are you" and how to say "I am still learning Greek can we speak English". haha
