That's a mixed bag. They can be very smart, but they still don't have the experience to properly contextualize many things.

It's already out in some countries, so there should be some real reviews, though jokes in translation can often be a mixed bag.
The two big charts with the countries and "discounted" figures.....all the countries discount tariffs are simply halved with a minimum of 10%. Except a couple of countries are a couple percentage points off from that and instead of it being for some purposeful reason, I'm pretty sure whoever made the chart just failed at dividing by two.
