Das Problem bei privat erhältlichem Reizgas ist nicht das Gas selber, sondern die Folgegefahr. Jemanden der sich die Augen reibt, kann man bedeutend einfacher Messern.
Der Einsatz solchen Reizgases ist Kriegsparteien übrigens untersagt.

I suggest getting a ticket for public transportation. There are tickets available for a day, week or month, covering cities, countries or even the whole of Europe.
