Those are 2 completely different statements.

Ubisoft says you "cannot complain" it shut down The Crew because you never actually owned it, and you weren't "deceived" by the lack of an offline version in c/games@lemmy.world

Yea that's exactly what I'm saying. I blame the consumers. It's not like they don't have options.

Does anyone defend them? I think what happens is that people get mad at them but then still buy the games anyway because they're absolute fucking idiots. I believe this is what happens.

Are fake-bans on Lemmy a thing? My friend was supposedly instance banned from Lemmy.world, lemmy.blahaj.zone, dbzer0, sh.itjust.works and lemmy.ml but she can still post in some communities in c/fediverse@lemmy.world

I'm liking the anime but absolutely hating the fanservice. It reminds me Jobless Reincarnation. Super cool and interesting overall story but almost unwatchable due to the fanservice.

I think blatently oversexualizing women and young girls nonstop in some anime is cringe, yes.

Okay on ep2. Loving this. They just fucking curbstomp the armies. And the US is obviously a bunch of fucking pricks. Even if this is Japanese army propaganda, it's still entertaining as shit.

Some pretty bad fanservice though. Quite bad actually.
