To be fair to MS, they bought that with Rare a long time ago, and they have put out a perfect dark game since then.

Yes, a physical copy that is not on sale is often cheaper than a digital copy that is not on sale, but a digital copy that is on sale is often significantly cheaper than a physical copy that is on sale.
The example you gave is a poor one as you're talking about a digital edition with DLC included vs a used physical edition with none of it. Comparing apples to oranges does not help your argument.
The thing is that that has nothing to do with Sony, though. Sony gets a 30% cut on game sales. That's the same amount that Valve takes. You can sell your game for however much you want. Sony isn't enforcing high base game prices like Nintendo. I fully support this type of lawsuit against Nintendo. Fuck them.
Yes, digital games are by and large more expensive than their disc counterparts a while after release, but digital games also regularly get put on significant sale, which often makes them cheaper than the disc versions. If you're not waiting for sales to buy them, I'm not sure why you're buying them at all.
Mirroring what others have said, often even heavy sleepers have sounds there sensitive to that wake them up immediately. I had someone crash on my couch one night. I knew they had to be up in the morning for work, so I set an alarm for myself to make sure they got up too (this is right around when smartphones were starting to become a thing, and it wasn't really common to have alarms set on your phone, hence why I was going through the extra effort for them). I woke up and went over to try and wake them up. First it was a soft nudge in the shoulder, then a harder one, then a shake, then grabbing them by both shoulders and aggressively shaking them. I literally stopped to check their breathing and make sure they hadn't died on me. My roommate came out during this and was also laughing and wondering if they had died. I really had to use the restroom, so said I was going to do that and then come back and give it another go. While I'm in there, I hear their phone go off and my roommate starts laughing hysterically. Apparently as soon as the tone went off on their phone, they sat upright, wide awake.
Agreed. I really wish more multiplayer games would put in bot options. I am firmly an anti-PVP player, but I would play the hell out of some of the big PVP games if they gave me a pure PVE option.
