Maybe I'm missing some context here but I would probably just say "Russian" or "French" 🤷‍♂️

I'd say it's really up to you at this point. In your own head do you think of yourself as a French person or Chilean or Brazilian? What does your internal monologue sound like to you? Which of these cultures do you mostly identify with? Which history do you feel is your own?

At the end of the day is a specific label something you actually want, or is it something you think you need to show to other people?

Which one is that? That sounds like an even better idea!

There are lots of different types of vinegar with different flavors and acidities. I frequently use malt vinegar, rice wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar when I cook and even as a condiment

I don't see how it's any different than using lemon or lime juice 🤷‍♂️

Will Trent has been one of my favorite shows since it started! Glad to see it will come back!

I had to download an app on my phone where I can set multiple alarms for this exact reason! The first one goes off at 8am, then another one plays every half hour until I get up. It has an "extreme" setting for heavier sleepers where it keeps getting louder until you solve a math equation to turn it off again, but I only use that for special occasions lol

People leave town. They’re like, ‘OK well it’s a crime to camp here,’” he said, adding he believed many were in shelters.

So they're not actually doing anything to help anyone, they're just hoping everyone moves on and then it can be someone else's problem. That seems pretty on brand for conservatives

From Wikipedia:

The English word artichoke was borrowed in the sixteenth century from the northern Italian word articiocco (the standard modern Italian being carciofo). The Italian term was itself borrowed either from Spanish alcarchofa (today usually alcachofa) or directly from the source of the Spanish word—medieval Andalusi Arabic الخرشوفة (al-kharshūfa, including the Arabic definite article al). The Arabic form kharshūfa is still used in Maghrebi Arabic today, while other variants in Arabic include kharshafa, and Modern Standard Arabic khurshūfa. These Arabic forms themselves derive from classical Arabic حرشفة (harshafa) singular word of the plural حراشف (ḥarashef) meaning "scale". Other languages which derive their word for the artichoke from Arabic include Israeli Hebrew, which has the word חֻרְשָׁף (khursháf). The original Hebrew name (see Hebrew: he:ארטישוק) is קינרס kinars, which is found in the Mishna.

The ongoing destruction of democracy and rise of a new Nazi dictatorship/theocracy seems like it kind of encapsulates all the recent news stories lately

This was my mom when we got all the way to the checkout line before I realized we didn't go down the candy aisle

Of course that's what he said! He doesn't care if the whole country burns to the ground as long as he gets to be in charge of the ashes

I seasoned these with chili lime salt then pressure cooked them on high on a trivet with 1 cup of water and some lime juice for 10 minutes

Once they were done I tossed them with some smokey chipotle hot sauce and then crisped them up in the air fryer at 400f for 5 minutes per side! You could also do this step under the broiler on your oven if you don't have an air fryer

They came out super tender and juicy! They were slightly under seasoned so I might make an actual sauce next time

BONUS: there was a full cup of chickeny limey broth in the bottom of the instant pot so I sliced some potatoes in half and set them directly in the liquid and pressure cooked them for about 8 minutes and they turned out awesome!
