Gonna be honest, bluetooth ain't the answer either. The Logitech protocol has less latency. Cannot tell if you need that or not.

Really. They are just perfect for me.

What does the size matter, when you’re gaming? Are you pulling a hoodie over the head to get better GTA vibes 🤣?

Bur on a serious note: when in doubt, just head to a well sorted electronics market and some them for yourself.

About 380g. Weight never bothered me with them.

German government is forth and back with the decision since the early 2000.

I hope they pull through just like France is doing (referring to the video someone posted here)

Gaming? → Logitech! That was easy.

I've got G935ers.

In my opinion the previous generation (seen at a friend's place) had a better build quality, and this gen has (some by now known) weakspots, but I assume later generations have fixed them by now.

I'm rocking them since year, they are really comfy with glasses.

Ehm. But they are regular headphones, not tailored towards gaming.

I've been looking at them for a while now. Do you have any info, where the production/assembly takes actually place?

In a meeting you get break away rooms, where little teams can form and work. The instances has a place for any country, where people can exchange their ideas. They can then come together in a meta community like buyFromEU/buyEuropean . I like that idea very much.

The European domain and European breakway room has some appeal and might meet the zeitgeist. Actually I've proposed the same to some admins but didn't follow through.

For now it is only one person trying to generate content to be attractive. I'm sure strategy will change in time.

[–] SrMono@feddit.org 1 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (7 children)

Yea. I've seen that. In my opinion the person bringing content into the community has the responsibility to make something meaningful with it. E.g. start a conversation or get information and engage with the people.

If you're just adding links, thats fine, too. In the end, links are a way to bring attention to something worthy or funny.

Actually the people I know still got VPS for gaming. But they use solutions that are tailored to gaming rather than generic "do it yourself" VPS. Simple Web-UIs for predefined games make it super easy for newbies to start something.

I can only speak for my experience, but cross posting works best if OP does it. That way he gets notified about responses.

Second best is, if someone cross posts content to discuss it with people he shares a community with. In that case reposter should make clear where the original content comes from and that he is not OP. That way informed readers can choose to answer in the community of their liking.

We had this post a couple of days ago and people were discussing the technical specs of the cable: https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/post/24120349

Seems like it actually is not too good and it may be better to choose one of those recommended here: https://lemmy.blahaj.zone/post/22937894

I didn't see them in any list up until now: http://noez.de/

A prepaid hoster located in Frankfurt. I have a VPS running since 6 month and am quite fond of the service.

Hi, quick question about the website, which is evolving quite fabulous.

The page is operated and sponsored by a German company Hanseatic Bits UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG .

I'm wondering: what the philosophy behind the project is? How is the funding taking place? What will happen to the crowd-sourced data and the joint effort? Don't get me wrong, but putting effort in a closed source database that belongs to a company, which then claims the copyright of said database (German Urheberrecht), is something I would like to discuss upfront.

Coming from the post about Ukrainian knives I would like to have a post similar to the Jeans post the other day.

Outdoor knives are more of a niche topic, but it plays well with some of my outdoor hobbies and knowing your options is also fun, so please keep em coming.

I know it's a niche topic, but for those of you into bushcraft, hiking, knives and things, take a look at the Ukrainian BPS Knives

https://bpsknives.com/

Mine in the picture is a 1066 carbon, full flat grind, 245 mm total length, 227 g including a very good leather sheath, and costed about 50 €. Egg for scale.

Coming from reddit, just realizing how many European brands we got. I would almost say the market is saturated quite hard, but there is plenty of choice in style and cut.

I need to skim the original post and search for already given lists for further entries, also I need to add countries in a later edit. Be aware, country of origin does not mean country of production.
