A lot of the old Soviet stuff works poorly with lots of relatively easy repairs, but didn't give a fuck about the health and safety of the people operating them.

That's okay, we can reschedule the 1 of the 60 TFCV meetings about theupcoming 5 TPS meetings, that so we can be prepared for the 2 SMR meetings in 3 and 4 months, which is needed for the the BRM meeting in 6 months. Then we'll see if anything is decided at the BRM meeting. If not we'll repeat the meeting schedule for the foreseeable future.
Translation: the market and industry will react like it was bombed with multiple nuclear bombs.
I sold out everything back in Feb. I even processed a 401K to a roll-over IRA just so I could hold the money in cash. The money-market account is paying around 4% right now.
This orange moron is going to cause a massive worldwide recession and a depression in the U.S.
I'll reinvest in a few years.
The main draw of movie theatres was a better entertainment experience. A good movie on a large screen with excellent sound.
At my home I now have a 60" TV, surround sound speakers, comfortable couches and the ability to watch any movie/tv I want for free from pirate streaming sites. It's better than any movie theater in my opinion.
The problem, there's nothing I want to see. The vast majority of stuff produced due to the extreme consolidation in the film industry is absolutely trash. Lack of competition has led to film studios producing mediocre garbage in a never ending quest to make guaranteed money.
So my teenager uses the setup to play video games on.
How to sign a PDF.
-
Print the PDF onto paper.
-
Sign the paper version.
-
Scan the paper to a PDF.
Yeah, I know it's stupid but I did it 4 times this week for vendors. I do save some paper by getting a double sided scanner.
Internally all of my business activities use electronic signatures not in pdf's.
Given that the regime is corrupt billionaires, crashing the economy to punish them is not that terrible of an idea. It won't take much to push the U.S. into a depression. Everything is setup for one: Massive wealth inequality, deregulation, corruption at the highest levels, government agencies losing functions, international trade wars, etc.
The political changes that made America the power it is was in response to the 1929 depression. Massive government restructuring, creation and expansion of social programs, unionization, infrastructure construction, high taxes on extreme wealth, antitrust regulation and enforcement etc. historians often quote that WW2 was what brought America out of the depression, but it's really not true. It sped up the processes that had been building for 10 years under FDR.
Few things:
First off find out the age of the well and the pipes.
The water is very soft and acidic (low pH). This means that if the pipes/well casing are slowly being disolved. That's likely why the iron is high. If the pipes contain lead anywhere, they are also dissolving the lead.
Only real solution = all new well and 100% plumbing replacement.
If the system is not that old and the groundwater is contaminated , a filtration system is required. Look for a whole house filtration system.
Either way it's an expensive fix. I would get some experts out to diagnose the issue. Then require the seller to pay for the necessary fixes as a contigency on your offer.
My son's group in middle school hosted their own proxy overseas. They then pirated a whole bunch of educational videos that the teachers liked to use and made nice clean interface. The games pages had no direct links on the educational videos screens. They had to type in the the page directly in the URL.
So the teachers all loved the site and gave the official "approved for all students" bypass on the districts Chromebooks. The kids had uninterrupted access to all their games.
The kids were smart enough to keep the location of the games to students with a B or higher GPA. Most of the teachers turned a blind eye to them playing games when they did get caught. The games pages also had a home button that sent the students screens to a random educational video. I was truly impressed with their clever approach.
The IT department either never caught on or enjoyed the games themselves because its still up and they are all in highschool now.
has not been peer reviewed.
Then I read their methods ... It should not pass peer review. Their variable control is shit.
Fucking hell, I understood that. I have slipped and fallen into the dark side. Learn from my mistakes and turn back before you get to this point. There is no hope for me now.
