I get that flare use in Latin American football is a big thing, but I never understood why it's allowed. Like if there's so much smoke on the opposing teams side of the field that it impacts their vision, how is that not cheating?

Would it be possible to have an automod do live match threads like on the reddit sub? I'd like to switch over to Lemmy permanently but this subreddit's pretty dead and seems to mostly just have PL content?
