What type of estrogen are you taking? I'm on 20mg/mL estradiol valerate, and I inject .25mL subcutaneously every week. So that means I inject 5mg per week. On injection day before injection, most recently I had about 175pg/mL of estradiol on my blood test.

Anyway, I don't know what type of estrogen you're on, maybe it's 30mg/mL or a different type. But in any case, I really don't think you should be worried.
