Hadn’t thought of it that way before

Why punish yourself by not allowing yourself to have a family to attempt to hurt your father? Why not change your name is make sure your family ends the toxicity :)

[–] ocean@lemmy.selfhostcat.com 4 points 10 hours ago

I did that when our family split and I think it’s worth dropping that name but at the same time I have mixed feelings about the name I added. To that point I feel it opens a can of worms that will have you question your name forever. I wouldn’t change whatever name you go by though.

I don’t think a name change would cause you troubles but would just add more paperwork.

How can you do this especially if you don’t pay for cloud storage? I have self hosted cloud

[–] ocean@lemmy.selfhostcat.com 0 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

Seriously, is it suspicious to have none? Do you have to post?

[–] ocean@lemmy.selfhostcat.com 7 points 10 hours ago

I came here during the API thing then went back because it’s quiet here. Then I came back because I got into selfhosting and now I’m more dug in.

Idk why I would get banned from Reddit

Thanks :) That makes a lot of sense. So this may be explained by trying to actualize and virtue signal (not used in a derogatory manner) what they are not.

That's not how it was said, but I'm sure that's true too

Reported and blocked.

Personal experience can be used to ask questions. Touch grass buddy.

Edit and I’ll add I asked this question because I’m curious. Immediately being rude and calling be a Russian troll is a reddit tactic of attack. Sorry, you disagree.

I feel like no one is saying this, though right wingers often argue this nonsense. That’s why I’m confused why so many liberal friends think like this.

They’ve gotten rid of their guilt by putting it all on muslims now. The far right candidate who is similar to trump almost won. They aren’t feeling guilty about ww2

Can find any relevant logs.

Proxy says it can resolve ui but ui has no issues in the logs.

Update:

Super weird solution that I don't understand how it ever worked. Evidently the picts volume mapping in the docker-compose.yml had one extra space before it. I noticed this when I tried to write docker compose down and it said error line 49. Weird this is the ui worked until suddenly it didn't.

Why would this randomly change? Did my yml suddenly change? Why did it work before now?

Password is right in compose and config. Idk what else to do.

Hospital says payment plans don’t work since it’s gone to collections…

  • my methods have been:

  • use trilium for any detailed notes and documentation

  • memos for random thoughts especially if shorter

  • pen and paper when offline or on mobile because mobile trilium and moememos both suck

  • zotero for citation and bibliography manager

  • backed up to nextcloud

  • i have paperless-ngx but found it randomly errors a ton of things and zotero is fine.

  • considering if it’s worth it to have so many different spread out methods

  • theyre fun to use but it creates more chaos then needed

I've gone handwritten, obsidian, onenote, and now Trilium. Considering switching to something else because there is no offline mobile support.

I use memos and trilium together but since neither offers mobile offline support considering switching both. No reason to run two services when I could run one.

Considering:

  • Joplin
  • Logseq
  • SiYuan
  • ?
