I'm starting to really consider the whole "reality is a simulation" angle, and whoever is running the game has put in a cheat code. (not really really, but more than I ever have before)
It's like a shitty unrealistic movie plot has unfolded over the past decade. And every time it looks like maybe things are heading back on track, BOOM, we get another event that just turns us right back on the track to crazytown.
I'm having a hard time coming up with anything I can cling to in the hopes that Project 2025 isn't going to go exactly as planned down to the last detail.

So we've got a President, a billionaire, and now a closely allied nation that are all out of control loose cannons, who are all willing to ignore any law, moral code, or ethical detail, and to destroy any person or entity who stands in their way, and the entire world seems powerless to do anything meaningful about any of them.

Also, I didn't specify that the bigotry was only based on race. You could be a bigoted transphobe in addition to being a bigoted racist, or instead of. There's a lot of variety to right wing bigotry. Seriously - this will be the time when the rest of the world will find out whether they can win against Russia without ( or against ) US support, since we elected Putin's cock holster a few weeks ago.
I can reluctantly believe that is true (despite the laughable first paragraph where he gives example after example about why such "assumptions" are reasonable) - but he's old enough to know that once an artist puts art out into the world, their interpretation of it is no longer the only one.
