It's like the wall, really. But so much bigger, as big as it is reshaping global trade. Like the wall, it will never become a reality, except in some specific parts of the border. Well, some specific parts of the USA economy will still work, the American consumer market is irreplaceable in some extent, for now.

I would think regular Americans are already being affected by this?

Naaah, it's just companies like Adobe, Autodesk and Microsoft shitting on Linux users each time they can.

I mean no disrespect, because we are writing sentences that we never intended to write, but Jesus Christ, "most of the genocide already happened (...) under Biden". It's utterly depressing. I'm really disappointed that American citizens worked very hard for this to happen, but it feels also like a consequence of something bigger, as if there was a bipartisan dictatorship or something even deeper, in which parties are just knights or bishops.

It's like the USA won the Cold War and found themselves with nowhere left to go, exhausted. The state became less relevant by the year as it was intended by their neoliberalism, and greed is always everywhere taking over as many spaces as possible, it's just its nature. But an ever disappearing government is just a milking cow, why it even exist if it's been taken by the greedy? In this scenario, instead of being hopeful about its mere existence, because it should be one way for the people to regain power, it is just another way to take more wealth from the people, and an instrument to control them.

My point was that Trump, Trump-Putin, are just a consequence. The USA government showed critical weaknesses and they are being exploited. At the same time, you point it out well, the government found weaknesses of society to exploit. Americans should exploit them too, usually it's done politically, but both of the American parties are basically the same (I know politically involved individuals do hate this statement, but from outside of the USA it's very clear); it's time for the people to regain power, and they will, this tariffs craze is gonna make them have to fight back.

Own your president Trump. Even if your theory was true, and I won't qualify it, nothing of this could have been possible without a ruined education system and mindless propaganda. All of this starts way before 2013.

There are lots of studies saying that intelligence, a great sense of humor, and wealth are very attractive to women too. What if OP was a PhD, stand up comedian by night with a great job at a university and a wealthy family? I mean, we are not monkeys in the end.

You are attractive, probably very attractive. Your post makes it clear to me. You receive attention of multiple women, and some of them are even making advances on you. Manly men are in crisis, in my opinion. Feminism all around is putting the concept of the manly man in question, and you, my friend, are the next step, like the X-men mutant to the human being.

In any case, what's a man, anyway? They will tell you all kinds of zombie answers. As someone raised by women and two absent masculine figures, I just don't get it. Learned to set limits with bullies the bad way, always taking advantage of the situation cowardly, but effectively, and I don't regret kicking them while they were on the floor. What I mean is, if it works for you being all cute, be cute by all means, but if you want to have sex, be all the cute you want saying that seriously; otherwise, people, women, will take you for a prude, maybe even gay, and I don't know why, but that's been my experience.

Be yourself. Don't let other men show off by demeaning you, don't let women think you're some kind of a monk, especially the ones you are attracted to. Those are the limits.

EDIT: just to clarify, there's nothing wrong with being gay, but it hardly works to project that idea if you want to get intimate with the opposite sex.

Well, the current government don't like yellow-brown-black people. They also started little feuds all over the world, but everybody knows the big beef is against China. Also, in a war against the USA, the commander in chief of the USA is Trump. Food for thought.

They did identify themselves as FBI, but who the fuck knows.

I didn't want to direct this question to Americans specifically because, at this point, other countries have shown support to Israel in one or the other way. If my country was financing this, I would be taking the streets. Shit, I'm right now in the hospital but all I can think about is protesting anyway just to feel I did something to stop this madness.

Are you doing something about this? Are you feeling unsettled? How do you feel about all this mess?

EDIT: So, buying Chinese stuff takes the USS Gerald Ford to Gaza’s coast. Also, TIL that that chocolate my cousin gave me when she was 20 and I was 5, (delicious stuff!) made me a slavist-ish. The fact remains, this genocide is being paid and supported by taxpayers money; of course, I was hoping that most of us didn’t pay taxes wishing for this. Thank you all for your responses, some of them were hard to swallow.
