How about a fucking $15 electric kettle? I don't understand the need to complicate things so much.
What a bullshit excuse. I'm in Canada with exactly the same 110v power, and it takes very little time to kettle water. People say this all the time as some sort of justification, but it just isn't.
Most people don't think of it this way, but if you live in North America or Europe, you are part of the global 1%.
That's exactly where all the value is. Selling people's fucking genetic information. What makes it even more valuable is that it can be used against all subsequent descendants of the person that willingly gave it up. Do a DNA test like this and you're selling out your entire family.
