old and "full of character" (read: uneven floors, crumbling paper-thin walls) due to lack of regulation.

compare that with Germany where a landlord has to replace the floors/kitchen/damn roof every 6/7 years, under the pretext of forced maintenance which they then use to jack up the rent based on the mandatory improvements.

I genuinely don't know which is better

Her and Soulja Boy led the revolution against the Fire Nation as depicted in a popular song: "Leaves from the Vine"

what's a thesis sentence?

I genuinely hope that's the case. I have some misgivings about another government coming in and stating otherwise, whilst giving some token concessions to the tenants who currently live there to clear out.

She was a rights activist for the So Solid Crew, who developed Metal Gear during the Diamond Dogs crisis in the early 2000s, earning a reputation as a mercenary in her field, which paved the way for other women such as Quiet and The Boss.

Her position was officially secured in this 2003 public Q&A where she stated her pro-lassez faire stance on the secretive nature of the large influx of child soldiers during those tumultuous times ("Who's got the inflow, keeping it tight?")

But that's all over now.

the downside I see is that after 35 years, the value of the area will go up incredibly (building stable communities has the tendency of raising property prices), and the actual tenants who want to buy the homes they've raised kids in will simply not be able to afford the homes. If the wait was maybe 15 years, then they might have a chance.

At the same time I can understand that making the waiting time period short could be potentially gamed

2 steps forward and 1 step back. I'll take it at this point, even if it's imperfect

Oh I still have this, I'm just better at powering through now. My siblings had no issues. Shout to be heard type of household, and I cant shout very well.

Didnt help that my mother has a meandering way of talking and thinking:

e.g. "tetris, I want you to do something for me, remember that curtain rail that I got from Argos before it closed down, we went there with Henry's mum, the one who hurt her shoulder playing tennis, and now Henry's going to join the army, hopefully not helping the IDF, which by the way did you see the news...."

I now stop her at the first tangent, and kindly state to her "mum, finish your sentence" where she then realises that she's holding me hostage and then gets to the point

a nice pond at the back of the garden is the dream

If you were going to sell your house tomorrow, what would influence your decision the most?

Assume that the difference in money offered isn't that wide, and it comes down to personality.

Who would you want living in your house right now?

  • Married couple?
  • Same religion or beliefs ?
  • Ties to the area?
  • Type of work (Banker? Social worker?)
  • Same cultural background?
  • Has physical skills?
  • Asks a lot of questions about the house?
  • Wears formal attire?

I need ideas guys, I've got my first house viewing tomorrow and I'm pretty low on the ideal candidate ladder.

Buchanan was in a heavy metal band called Marseille which formed in 1976: they were part of the new wave of British heavy metal scene, releasing four albums and six singles, touring America and performing with Judas Priest, Nazareth and Whitesnake. The band reformed in 2009 with a performance at The Cavern Club, Liverpool.

They brought them out front and center at my local supermarket, and either they are selling like hotcakes that are constantly being replenished.... or literally no one is buying.

I'm on 2 teaspoons a day.

Any studies out there about the negative effects of it?

Is Marmite poisoning a thing?
