Facebook has no customer support to speak of, the only known way is through their legal department and that requires an attorney or it's ignored

I'm starting to reconnect with some of my old friends from high school but they have a 5-year-old now and I want to make a good impression but I don't really know how to interact with children. Do I just like ask them what their favorite Disney movie is or something?

Hey y'all, i recently had to rma my gs76 stealth after a hardware thing but when i got it back, my VR wouldnt work, i traced that to probably being a bios setting that got reset when the battery was removed, however, when i went into the MSI clickbios, it looked way different and i don't even have the setting im looking for anymore. In fact i have way, way less options than i did before for bios settings, this seems like an older version of the bios, updating from usb to the version on their website just gives me the same bios, idk what's happening.

for reference my bios used to look like this like this

and now it looks like this like this

This looks like a public office space. You really gonna go argue with the building admin?

Interesting implications, perhaps the global positioning system is not as infallible as we thought

Obviously violence isn't ever the answer but I'm just curious, when people go nuts and decide to take life and cause terror, what makes their decision to attack something like say a school or a church/mosque, a sporting event. As far as I see it in this day and age the biggest stressors in our society are corporations yet you never see someone say. "Yeah im gonna attack Amazon or HG wells"

Why is this? Why seemingly random places

Let me preface this with, yes, I probably am depressive, I have been diagnosed with depression when I was very young and while things have been okay since then, it's probably important to recognize that. I consider myself in a very good state of mind in my life at this moment.

So what do I mean? Well, I don't feel like I'm depressed, not the way that I understand depression. I do however have these very intense moments of ennui; dissatisfaction from lack of interest. This is basically I find life very unfulfilling because I don't see much point in anything, things don't seem fun. This isn't my normal state, but certain triggers will intensely put me in this state of mind for an hour or more.

I also have episodes where I feel very melancholic for a certain vibe, there's a certain type of music where if I listen to it, I get very very sad because I imagine a life I used to want to live but never was able, even though I'm only 29. My girlfriend says I should stop listening to this music but it's a very bittersweet feeling for me and I get enjoyment out of this specific flavor of sadness.

Sometimes these states are influenced by stress, other times by boredom. They almost always only last an hour and cause me no real concern. I don't really know what to think of them, I think the only reason I'm mentioning it is I feel introspective. What do you guys think?

Of course as concerning as the implications are, a small part of me is thinking “ooooh I can’t wait to see what they create”
