Fun fact: The glands in this region can become blocked, causing a buildup of natural lubricating fluids, which results in painful cysts as a result of said fluid being unable to go anywhere. Becoming sexually aroused such that your body produces vaginal lubricant exacerbates the problem until the cyst eventually requires medical excision (which is also painful and typically does not resolve the problem on the first try).
