I meant the shrinkage from hrt lol but from personal experience the feeling of hrt shrinkage has been about what it felt like on cold days, minus y'know the cold feeling.

That said, I think every testicular possessor knows that feeling when you pull out a pair of undies on a winter morning and the cold fabric pushes against them and you flinch in response. It's not quite pain, but all your torso muscles contracting in reflex might be painful.

Cold shrinkage, in my opinion, isn't painful.
