That, and they use "area" as a term internally to refer to how they organize ecclesiastical settlement hierarchy. The "Area 70" is basically the same as the local presiding archbishop of an archdiocese. (Not to be confused with the bishop of a Mormon ward, who's about the same on the hierarchy as the priest of a local parish).
