I make one every morning! Peanut butter gotta be pure, only ingredient being peanuts. Bread gotta be whole wheat, for reasons. The jam matters most to me. I always use a particular local strawberry and rhubarb jam (Pied-Mont Dora). It’s not too sweet, not too much pectin and the rhubarb’s subtle tart gives it a pleasant zing.
