The meme specifically calls out subsidies, but that article includes contracts, which thanks to a complete lack of competition includes things like being the only launch provider for ISS missions
I'm just trying to shitpost in a meme community here. Though, if we want to split hairs, "subsidies" can include government contracts to purchase goods and services:
