Blaze is basically a human repost bot. It's frustrating that a single individual with so many alts dominates the content on Lemmy.

I want to see Lemmy full of content and positive engagement but there also needs diversity in the people creating or curating that content.

Honestly, this is what blocking is for. Sure, it's useful for toxic or obnoxious people, but it's also useful for people who make a mess of your feed consistently.

I don't feel the need to block it entirely, what I'd prefer is a mechanism to demote their content so it ranks lower in the algorithm.

Similar to how Kagi search let's you re-prioritise different sites.
