It's not on there for me. I actually use fennec for my regular use and would love something like that on fennec tbh. I love colourful cartoony funky icons. About a week or maybe 2 ago I got a pretty big Firefox mobile update. The entire UI was overhauled. Don't see anything other than that. It also says the last update was from 24th November.
