What meditation/chill music do you put on to ground yourself? (piefed.social)

Hey y'all!

I'm trying to add more tools to my arsenal to just quiet down and ground myself, and make it easier to start and stay in meditation.

I find that Andean pan flute and such has really helped me in the past, but I can't find any good albums/playlist or songs anymore. Leo Rojas has some nice tunes, but also some way too active ones.

An example of something that really makes me melt is the beginning of this instrumental:

Just waves, no unnecessary stuff at the side with a different tempo or volume, etc.

But this thread isn't just about me! Please feel free to share what music helps you to ground, relax and find calm. I'm sure it can be useful for other folx browsing. :)

Thank you!

These two aren't like the others, The Beautiful Chorus albums Rhythmic Meditations, also Love Dimension. On loop. Both on Bandcamp.

Marconi Union albums The Fear of Never Landing, also Versions. On Bandcamp.

Michael Stearns album Planetary Unfolding, available on Bandcamp.

Nils Frahm album Music For Animals, available on Bandcamp.

Anything by Kiasmos, they have two albums Kiasmos and Kiasmos II, available on Bandcamp.

Absolutely stunning, especially the first two! It kinda makes me think of Made in Heights, like the song viices, though there are still strong differences.

Thank you for sharing!
