UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese blasted ongoing Israeli military operations and settler violence across the occupied West Bank as pogroms, accusing soldiers and Israeli settlers of joining forces to terrorize defenseless Palestinian civilians.
The sharp condemnation follows a sweeping military assault ordered by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and War Minister Israel Katz in the Nablus governorate, which left four Palestinians dead and numerous homes torched.
