The back of that vehicle is even stranger.
What is even stranger is lack of plates
Did you solve the mystery or is this one of those AI "zoom enhancements" that phones decided we all wanted?
My bet is that this is some image from Google street view with blurred plate. OP did AI upscaling after he edited it resulting car having messed up back.
