    • Announce that in 90 days the richest $1000 will be publicly executed for the good of humanity.

    • Watch as all the billionaire bastards scramble to dump a bunch of money into "humanitarian projects" to clean up their image & get out of the top 1000.

    • 90 days later, use financial data from the date of the announcement to pick the top 1000.
