❗️Iran says French diplomats conducted clandestine infiltration and interference operation
The Iranian government has formally accused two French diplomats of carrying out an illicit "infiltration and interference" operation within the country.
According to a statement issued by Iran's intelligence ministry, the diplomats were uncovered at a clandestine meeting location, where documents allegedly indicated ongoing efforts to forge external contacts and cultivate underground networks.
The ministry further claimed that contracts tied to the alleged initiative bore the signature of a former French ambassador to Iran. French authorities have not yet issued an official response to the claims.
