If you really don't want to sign up for EhNow (which is Canadian), I added a screenshot with the info. EhNow link: https://ehnw.ca/e/s2xmHJqhTU6vvC0uHNFeZw

Edit: Alright people, here's a new link. Don't worry it's not a phishing attack, it's not spam, or whatever other horrific thing you're assuming, you don't have to go through the horror of creating a free account on a Canadian website, it's all right here on Lemmy where you created a free account on a Canadian website. I am simply trying to spread the word about this protest. https://lemmy.ca/c/never51

It does seem suspicious though. ehnow.ca was registered on 2025-02-13 and its cert issuer is Google Trust Services, US, while ehnw.ca was registered on 2026-01-07 and its cert issuer is Amazon, US. That seems like an odd discrepancy.

It may be their "url shortener" domain, but for one single letter that seems a bit futile.

I'm not saying the intent is malicious, but most of us are security conscious on the Fediverse.

Also even though it's a Canadian platform, I find it a bit dissapointing I can't even read the content of a single post without having to give my phone number.
