The CNN, citing a Western source, reports that some Presidential Leadership Council military units on the country's west coast possessed only 20 percent of the troops listed in their records, while the remaining 80 percent were "virtual" soldiers who did not exist at all.

The PLC collected from Saudi Arabia, salaries and a full list of expenses including uniforms, night vision equipment, weapons, ammunition, transport and even billeting costs for the ghost forces.

Oh, I see, I get it! It was because they were so short handed on military force that they lost, not because Ansar Allah, with the overwhelming support of the Yemeni people, had the strength and resolve to militarily crush a "vastly superior" Saudi-backed force!

To be frank, I do think the Saudi mercenaries were fleecing the imperialists dry. The war has been in the same situation until recently, why wouldn't they take advantage of the situation?

Though, I think Ansarallah was well aware of this, and strategically picked the perfect time to strike.
