If democrats don't clean house or stack the court when they retake th4 government Alito and Thomas will hold the door open for nazis and oligarchs
Clean house. Fully expose Trump and literally retcon everything he did, and seize his assets to fund it. All of Trump's nominees and appointments are illegitimate. Full stop.
Sadly, probably not the ones from his first term. Whether or not his second term election was actually legitimate and the machines were not fucked with is certainly more questionable. Plus there is a 14th argument that Trump should not be qualified to serve as president after the January 6th coup attempt.
Anyway, Alito and Thomas were appointed by George W. to begin with. Part of this shitshow is also down to Obama failing to successfully appoint someone to replace Antonin Scalia under the objections of Mitch fucking McConnell.
They absolutely fucked with the machines in both 2020 and 2024. They just didn't do enough tampering in 2020. They perfected the tampering in 2024, and believe that they don't need to win an election ever again. Both elections show a clear "Russian Tail."

First and last links are the data. The middle links are for us stupid people that need to be told how to read the data in the last link.
The other part is the fact that Ruth Bader Ginsberg refused to step down when asked. When Obama started his second term, he asked RBG to step down, so he could appoint a new justice going into his second term. She refused, knowing that Hillary Clinton was going to run for president after Obama. RBG wanted to be able to say that she served with the first woman president. So she refused to step down, and Obama didn’t get to replace her when he had ample time to do so.
Instead, Hillary was about as charismatic as a can of spinach, Trump got elected, RBG kicked it, and we got fucking Amy “A Handmaid’s Tale was an instruction booklet” Barrett as a replacement.
