How can I turn a PDF (like over 100 "pages") into a video that shows each page as a still for an arbitrary amount of time each? (lemmy.world)

My intuition would be to open the PDF in LibreOffice Impress: https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/how-to-force-pdf-s-to-be-opened-in-impress-for-presentation/34820

And then do a presentation with automatic slide transition after a few seconds: https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/bs/text/simpress/guide/show.html#%3A%7E%3Atext=kiosk+mode

Then do a screen recording of that.
