if people driving Tesla's and other EV cars must have a drivers license then so should users of e-bikes. they must also have insurance and since insurance companies simply won't cover them then womp womp you just got someone else to solve the problem for you. After that it's up to TPS to actually enforce the law which we all know won't happen. These dudes are an absolute menace on the street. There's one guy, daily, who has one of the unicycle ones that goes up and down front street, up and down stairs, and weaving in and out of traffic and and pedestrians just showing off.
