    I'm confused why they constantly call obviously not sovereign states "sovereign states". They could just call them "states".

    There's two things that bother me:

    1. They lie for no reason.

    2. They kinda imply that only sovereign states should not be attacked.

    I have a hypothesis why they do that, but if I state it now, they will wiggle out like the slimey weasels they are.

    Nah, I'll just state it now: "sovereign" in libspeak means "white" in english. They don't talk english, they talk "white supremacist in worst disguise ever" language.
