Regardless of where the infrastructure ends up, have you considered a .onion endpoint?

    I doubt it would make any legal difference as long as there's an identifiable Canadian nonprofit operating the sites. They can still be prosecuted if they don't obey the new law and retain the logs.

    I suppose if the .onion sites were entirely independent and unconnected to the existing sites it might not be evident that they're run by the same nonprofit, but to do that untraceably is not straightforward.

    Of course. I'm not suggesting they break the law.

    I'd like to start the convention of also providing .onion addresses, because there's a good chance these stupid laws are going to become more and more common.
