What are some of your favorite lines from song lyrics? (piefed.ca)

Thought this might be some fun, so…

What are some lines from song lyrics that really hit you the right way? It could be that it’s deep and meaningful, or just something that amuses you. I’ll start:

Isn’t it funny how laughter looks like crying with no sound, and raindrops taste like tears without the pain ~ Queensryche - Another Rainy Night (Without You)

Yeah, that one word change is absolutely the crux of it.

It actually re-reminds me of a live performance of the song I mentioned that I really wish I could find now. Before the song the singer is doing some banter with the audience (which he is super good at), to tell them to sing along and says something along the lines of, "Someday you're gonna need this song, and I want you to remember when the time comes...and you'll know when it comes...that I gave you something. And you can say, 'so much I love you. So much I want you to die now.'" And then they kick in to the song.

On the super super off chance that anyone who sees this knows which mountain goats show that was, let me know.
