Lemmy has it's share of trolls, but we also have our share of russian propaganda trying to influence our election. This specific moderator of a very large Lemmy community (LateStageCapitalism) has been posting "democrats are actually the fascists!" memes, while banning/censoring everyone who speaks out in favor of the very people attempting to thwart the literal fascist regime in power right now.

I was banned by GodlessCommie just the other day after I caught him admitting he isn't American.

    Very strange though. I had a commenter there tell me they were going to bed but it was okay because they were studying abroad.

    I was like "anyone can read the news and form an opinion, I don't think your nationality or timezone invalidates it."

    I thought it was strange to even bring it up,
