I read somewhere that a focused/localized emp effect isn't that complicated to DIY, but I'm just some rando online. Could be nothing, frankly, and certainly don't use a VPN and a hardened browser to do any follow-up research to ascertain veracity and edify yourself, as is tradition. 🧏🏼‍♂️

Only as illegal as unowned cameras, especially in residential areas, AFAIK. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Besides, I presume it's up to the wielder/maker to align said gadget's scope to affect only the target location, not beyond. 🧏🏼‍♂️

Radiating with intent to destroy is very very illegal. Radiating without a license is also very illegal.

  • Fair point, though disobeying unjust laws is a civic duty —especially when corps are flat-out ignoring other, more fundamental laws leading to such ☝🏼 I suppose it's up to each individual what amounts to worthy expressions of their right to privacy and how far they're willing to go to defend it. ✊🏼
