Elgin Community College resorted to covering the surveillance cameras with trash bags and zip ties. Public records show that federal immigration authorities have accessed Flock data at other Illinois colleges.

something with the contract. worse was flock would send guys out to debag them and the college had to send guys to rebag them. I was listening to a radio piece interviewing an administrator and they were saying it went on for awhile and was a whole cat and mouse game.

My town cut power to them and flock went in and reconnected it because they hadn't been explicitly told to fuck off.

They know they're enough of a target that people are destroying them all the time.

But that was on town property. I would think the college should be able to have flock employees trespassed if it was a constant thing.

campuses are pretty open spaces. I hope they don't go the way of highschools.
