Idk about that. Hyperbola's BSD kernel is looking good, and Haiku is coming along nicely.

Redox OS also has an Anti-AI policy, I believe.

It does! Also, 9front and ironclad have anti-AI policies, and illumos is untainted (though does not mention anything about AI in its CoC).
