It doesn't really matter. The US has been bombing schools for decades, even if an AI chose the target, the humans would have done the same.
They probably forgot to include "school" in the negative prompt.
Nah, i'm sure "school" was even one of the desired targets.
Honestly, even if they did do something as stupud as to use AI, the administration lead by Whiskey Leaks should have did a final check.
AI was the inaccurate tool but the humans should not have trusted or blindly like they just drank bad moonshine.
