This is what you voted for protest-non-voters.

"Butbutbutbut Genocide Joe! Crooked Kamala! Biden's too OLD!!! Harris is a WOMAN!!! And Trump sucks too... I guess I just won't vote! That'll DEFINITELY make things better, with no possible negative consequences AT ALL!!!"

All those dipshits voted for this. Never let them forget it. How's that Day 1 Ceasefire working out?

Just more overtly racist bullshit that they don't even attempt to dress up as anything else anymore. Why would they bother?

It would be a culture shock to combine schools? Dude, they aren't going to a foreign country. They are literally interacting with people near them. Maybe the problem is you're so damn segregated other people in your community are a completely foreign culture to you. You should interact with the world. Not pidgeonhole yourself.

EDIT: I can understand the drug and violence arguments though. The problem is that combining schools doesn't solve the underlying reasons those things are more prevelant in some places than others, so those issues don't resolve themselves. But giving students better opportunities to get out of those situations is a step towards improving things.

And if well off people want to flee to private schools, go ahead.

In my district the highest drug use was in a predominantly white school.

This had nothing to do with race and everything to do with the fact that they had a large campus and so could find more places to get out of sight to do drugs.

"drug and violence" are dog whistles for "black and Hispanic".

Statistically, drug use is about the same regardless of race but non-whites are prosecuted far more often than their white counterparts.

At a town hall meeting, Vidalia residents vigorously opposed the plan [to integrate schools], saying it would disrupt students’ lives and expose their children to drugs and violence.

Accepting the plan would have been a “death sentence” for the district, said Paul Nelson, a former Concordia superintendent. White families would have fled to private schools or other districts, said Nelson

“It’s time to move on,” said Nelson, who left the district in 2016. “Let’s start looking to build for the future, not looking back to what our grandparents may have gone through.”

Hmm... Something tells me it's not just something the grandparents went through...

Yea, sounds like things they are still going through.

Trump and his pack of Nazis will soon have white and colored bathrooms back in action.
