TBH I remember the Dalek infiltrating an English WWII battlefront and that it actually ran really well because of him so I think I'd be willing to choose a Dalek if he gained a DNC endorsement.

I think the worst individual thing they've ever done was THIS but even that isn't as bad as forcing 4.5 Million Children to starve.

Normally I would dismiss a fringe candidate such as Mr Dalek here but he had some points about extermination that I think are worth exploring.
