I used to read it regularly, until I became more interested in the Fediverse for getting my tech news.

One of the first red flags for me was when I encountered unmoderated Trumpist transphobia in the comments. I was like "this is not what I would expect from this space".

I also don't think it was accidental. At another instance, a relatively well known blogger who is trans was discussed. I carefully read the whole thread, and they were all avoiding to gender her correctly, by either misgendering her or deliberately using "the author".

This is sufficient evidence that people over there are utter shit.
