Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four thinking about it.

Recently begun medication and am able to skip the entirety of the green, now I have hours where there is nothing that needs doing.

How do normal people deal with this.

used ritalin for years and now am on Elvanse since January. so, i feel that it helps, bit only retrospective... like "yeah the last two weeks i was more likely to get something done". i heard that it is normal to sense when the effect starts and fades in the evening, that i don't have at all.

Using timers really helped me. "Ugh those dishes will take HOOURRSSSAAA"

I do themband time it and it was 2 minutes. still hard to trick myself every time.
