There's an anti-discrimination law. There are "Refugees Welcome" signs everywhere. There are email addresses for reporting it. What I wanted to know is whether any of that holds up once you actually need it.

By the way, I recently came across a survey on discrimination in Germany run by the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency.

Is that the same agency as FADA, mentioned in this article:

Germany’s anti-discrimination office (FADA) is so swamped with files that they are blocking all new cases
